Our experienced team of Support Coordinators can help you get the very most from your NDIS funding. There’ll be less guesswork on where to focus your funds, and more time relaxing with peace of mind that you have access to the best options available to you.

Home Care Support
We offer comprehensive in-home care for individuals who require assistance with tasks such as personal care, housekeeping, cooking and even driving to doctors' or social appointments.

Individual Occupational Therapy
Every single person we work with has a unique set of skills they’ve built, and challenges they face. Our experienced OT team works 1:1 with every person to create an individual plan that enables them to build and enjoy as much independence as possible.

Engaging Day Programs
Every person living with disability can live an enriching life. Based in our on-site centre in Chester Hill, our Day Programs provide a roster of enjoyable activities that promote life-skills, encourage social interaction and foster a sense of wellbeing.

Supported Independent Living (SIL)
We connect potential housemates who share similar life stages, interests and disability support needs. With 24 hours a day, seven day a week support, people with disability can live independently while enjoying the benefits of social connectivity.

Vacation Respite Care
Supporting someone living with disability takes a huge reserve of love, patience and energy. We provide families with practical and physical support so that vacations are as enjoyable and restful as possible, and everyone has a chance to recharge their batteries.

Located in Chester Hill a welcoming community area in the south-west of Sydney, we offer disability care from Monday to Friday, with a range of fun activities that help build skills for independent living in a supportive, enriching environment.
